My client relationship development process allows me to "partner" with my clients - and work with them to provide an education experience which is topical, relevant, contextual and high impact.
In addition, the relationship I build with all my clients includes a free one year follow up program where I provide newsletters, mentoring and other educational resources to help my clients reinforce the key messages from my presentation and to ensure an effective learning experience for everyone.
