Camille is no stranger to the world of mental health. From a young age, Camille has been exposed to the severity of what mental health can impose onto an individual’s life after working through her own lived experience of severe mental illness.
Alongside studying psychology and neuroscience, Camille has worked within human resources for several years. Bringing these together, Camille provides a unique triage of experience that offers a perspective unlike many others.
Camille runs perspective-changing talks and workshops aimed at educating and training individuals on three core skills that work to shift a workplace culture to a mentally safe place to work.

I am not your typical mental health speaker. I am here to flip mental health on its head by challenging the preconceptions of mental health and proposing a new way to look at how the mental health works. I use neuroscience, positive psychology and the frameworks of lived experience to transform, inspire, and gain a new perspective about a topic that typically we don't want to talk about.
